WHAT MAKES THIS RACE UNIQUE
- Every dollar lands in Costa Rica and Florida. All proceeds benefit Pura Vida Missions — a Florida 501(c)(3) dedicated to improving the lives of children and families across two countries. Funds support the programming budget and school sponsorship programs. You're not running for a tee. You're running so a kid gets a chance at school.
- Riverbend Park sets the stage. A 7 AM start at one of Palm Beach County's most beautiful nature parks — riverside trails, oak canopies, and old Florida wilderness. Most charity 5Ks are run in parking lots. This one runs through paradise.
- Limited swag = limited spots. The first 250 registrants get the participation medal and tee. After that, you're running for the cause without the gear. Register early or don't bother asking where the swag went.
- Team-friendly. Build a team and rally your circle. Whether it's a church group, school crew, family, or coworkers, the Mission Run is built around showing up together — because Pura Vida is, by definition, the good life, shared.
RACE HISTORY
The Mission Run is the signature annual fundraiser of Pura Vida Missions — a Florida-based non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of children and families in Costa Rica and Florida through school sponsorship and community programming. Now in its 4th year, the race takes over Jupiter's Riverbend Park every February to fuel the mission and prove that the "Pura Vida" way of life is built on showing up for the people who need it most.
