Wildside entered the finisher medal and awards market in 2010, and for nine years running, our designs have ranked among the best finisher medals in North America. We manage the entire process from initial concept to final production, so your medal matches your race's brand and story.
Need custom medals only, without full event management? We do that too. Medals and awards are available as a standalone order.

THE PROCESS
- Design Consultation — Tell us your race branding, budget, and finisher count. We recommend metal type, finish, and ribbon options that fit your event.
2. Proof & Approval — We send a digital proof before anything goes to production, with a physical sample available on request. Nothing gets made until you sign off.
3. Production — Once approved, your medals go into production on a timeline built around your race date, with rush turnaround available when needed.
4. Delivery — Medals ship directly to your venue, counted and organized, ready for race-day distribution.
Timeline summary: Design and proofing (2-3 weeks) → Production (4-6 weeks) → Delivery. Order 8-10 weeks out for standard turnaround.
FAQs ON OUR SERVICES
What types of medals and awards do you produce?
Custom finisher medals, age-group awards, plaques, and trophies. If your race hands it to a finisher or podium winner, we can produce it.
Do I need to provide my own design?
No. Share your race branding and theme, and our design team will create medal concepts for you. If you already have artwork or a design direction in mind, we'll work from that instead.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Order 8-10 weeks out for standard turnaround. Design and proofing take 2-3 weeks and production takes 4-6 weeks. Rush options are available if your timeline is tighter.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship medals and awards directly to your venue or staging location anywhere in the country, counted and organized for race-day distribution.
Can I see a sample before the full order is produced?
Yes. We send a digital proof for every order, and a physical sample is available on request before we move to full production.
