WILDSIDE SERVICE
CUSTOM ENDURANCE EVENT WEBSITES
Your race deserves more than a registration link and a social media event page.
For bigger, branded races, Wildside builds a dedicated event website — schedule, course maps, sponsor recognition, registration, and results, all in one place under your race's own look and feel.
Built and hosted by our in-house team, so updates happen fast and nothing depends on a third-party platform.

A WEBSITE THAT LOOKS AS GOOD AS YOUR RACE DAY
THE PROCESS
- Discovery — We learn your race's branding, sponsors, and the details runners need most: schedule, course maps, parking, and packet pickup.
2. Design & Build — Our in-house team builds your site around your branding, with registration, results, and sponsor placements built in.
3. Review & Launch — You review the site before it goes live. Once approved, we launch it on your domain or a Wildside-hosted one.
4. Ongoing Updates — Need to change your schedule, add a sponsor, or post results? We handle updates directly and fast.
Timeline summary: Standard build takes 3-4 weeks from kickoff to launch.
FAQs ON OUR SERVICES
What's included in a Wildside event website?
Registration, schedule, course maps, sponsor recognition, and results — all built into one site under your race's own branding.
Do I need to provide my own design?
No. We design the site around your existing race branding, logo, and colors. If you don't have branding yet, our team can help with that too.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Standard build takes 3-4 weeks from kickoff to launch. We recommend starting the process 6-8 weeks before your race date to leave room for revisions.
Do you host the website, or do I need my own hosting?
We handle hosting for you. If you already have a domain, we'll connect it; if not, we can set one up as part of the build.
Can I get updates made after the site launches?
Yes. Send us your changes — schedule updates, new sponsors, results postings — and our team handles them directly and quickly.
